We are so happy to be home!  You may be a long resident of Willard and know the Woolsey clan well, or you may be new to the area.  Let me tell you, once you have lived in this community for ANY length of time, it will forever be your home.  You may move here and there, but as soon as you pull back onto these old country roads, roll the windows down, gaze over the fresh fields, and stare at the night sky, it will imprint itself on you heart.

My husband's family have been residents of the Willard area for over 6 generations (counting the little ones!), and we proudly call it home.  For the past two years we have been living in Overland Park, KS with my husband's work.  I was actively engaged in my preschool as lead teacher and owner there as well.  But, in April of this year, my mother and my husbands father began having serious health issues and we knew it was time to return home.

So, like any good Mid-West family, "We loaded up the truck and moved to Beverly!" I spent the first couple of months here caring for and helping our parents.  I am so thrilled to report that they are doing VERY well!  We are all settled and ready to begin preschool again!!

Yes, we are about a fast-food-value-meal higher than some, but visit the rest of our website and you will see why!!  What we offer is far beyond physical care or even pre-k enrichments. We offer an extension of life, family, learning, and growth, that really cannot be measured with dollars.  However, it doesn't come cheap, but when it comes to childcare and education, do you really want to look back and realize  "I got what I paid for?"  It sounds so cliche and contrite, as a parent and provider, I know!  But, those few extra dollars each week add up to major benefits socially, emotionally, developmentally and physically.  I want each family to look back with wonderful memories of early childhood experiences and confidence that they made the absolute best choice for their family and child.  We are all in this together, and I'm so glad we are.  Please feel free to contact me with any further questions or comments!  I look forward to speaking with you!!

And...as always...I hope you get to play today.  -L

What Our Clients Are Saying

My husband and I both work full time and during the year 2011 we needed a child care provider for our five year old daughter and our 20 month old son. I am a Special Education Teacher for the Willard RII district in Missouri. I found LaDonna Woolsey on the internet while searching for a child care provider.  I had called numerous places and never felt comfortable with any of them to even make an appointment to meet them in person. I called LaDonna, and almost immediately after the conversation started, I felt a sense of relief and made an appointment to check out her daycare in person, the following day.  When I saw her facility I was absolutely amazed. LaDonna answered all of my nervous mom questions and watching her interact with the children made me realize I had found the perfect person to watch my children during the day. She started providing Child Care services for my children immediately... - Lisa Lassley - Special Education Teacher for the Willard RII
